Velocity Gamer: To me this is not surprising at all. People we're afraid that Crysis 2 would turn out as crappy as the beta was and look how that turned out. 9's and 10's across the board and I expect the same from Battlefield 3. If a developer is so confident in their product I usually give them the benefit of the doubt.
Crytek : In episode two of Our Story, the team discusses the evolution of Crysis into Crysis 2 and 3 (and the pressures that came with it), how a local connection landed an incredible collaboration with legendary composer Hans Zimmer, and the New York trip that inspired much of Crysis 2. For the gladiators among you, you’ll also get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the development of Ryse: Son of Rome and the attention to detail that went into it.

Battlefield 3's former Lead Designer has revealed that there were two cut missions from the main campaign
Get rid of campaigns, move the game to mobile, and try to compete with warzone. They would save time and money.

Whether it comes through remakes or a new game with a similar style, DICE should aim to revive the glory days of Battlefield 3 and Bad Company 2.
hmmm I think there will be no old BF glory days for EA since they are loyal to their greediness and laziness :D
You're asking for a miracle with EA that will never happen unless they can exploit the money making schemes behind it.
People have to pay attention to this: "The Battlefield 3 Open Beta is based on software that is more than one month old."
Completely agree with the author on this one. No need to worry. Yea console may not be "as" good as the PC version, but I'm sure as hell gonna enjoy it anyways.
Personally, I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I Would, but nevertheless, its a pretty good game.
