The release date has been revealed for The Art of Darksiders II Hardcover Edition.
Wont prevent some fools to keep comparing it to GoW
I dont care how derivative this game is/was, all games are derivative nowadays, only a handful which actually try to do seomthing different, and maybe half of them are successful.
I never once thought about how similar Darksiders was to any other games because it managed to hold its own identity throughout the entirety of the game. You can say it has influences from game X and Y, but at the end of the day Darksiders was an amazing experience, and thats all that really matters.
Darksiders was a great game, but why is it wrong if we say it actually borrowed many ideas from the other games? It clearly copied some gameplay features from God of War and Portal as well as Zelda.
Sounds like an improved sequell.
