2 games,rage and battlefield.Rest no

SITH5346d ago

Same here. I am passing forza up. Never been a race car fan despite owning all forzas.

_DarkCharizard_5346d ago

I don't think i'll be able to finish 10 games this month. I'm still playing portal 2, then i'll download Deus Ex HR. Maybe play some Kirby Mass Attack and Super Paper mario... but that's it !

I have a life you see :P

Sarcasmology5346d ago

LOL...claiming you have a life when you're on N4G...right. Probably accessing it from your phone from a roller-coaster while getting a bj from an alien too, huh?

limewax5346d ago (Edited 5346d ago )

Although the disagrees made sense, you do realize people at N4G can have a life? Some of us leave it running in the background while gaming or skim it every now and then while watching the TV. Maybe this is done by people with partners and even families?

Just saying, being on N4G doesn't need to mean you don't have a life, Unless you actually wish yourself to be portrayed that way

Horny5345d ago

I use n4g to keep me busy at work lol, helps pass time.

WTF? Rage, BF3..........and Dark Souls man (i want DS more)

Blaine5346d ago

Fail list without Dark Souls.

I personally want Dark Souls, Rage, and Arkham City.

humbleopinion5346d ago

I was thinking the exact same thing when I read into the list. Silent Hill: Downpour and Ace Combat but no Dark Soul!? List fails.

Dark Souls tops my own personal list together with Batman and Forza. And then it's a big choice between Battlefield and Rage (I rather focus on one FPS at a time).

RedHotChiliPepaSpray5346d ago

Rage, yes! Battlefield, maybe. I might get it too play with friends but it's not as great as the hype made it out to be. FPSs nowadays need to do something that stands out from other shooters, rage looks to be doing just that, r3 did so hopefully battlefield will do something that sets it apart from the average military shooter.

Batman is a maybe. Didn't play Arkham asylum despite the amazing feedback so does anyone know if this batman is a direct sequel or not? A used FIFA 12 might get a buy as well.

Ashby_JC5346d ago

Dont base your impression on the buggy beta. FULL retail should be what your looking for as the BETA was very limited in what you can do in a Battlefield game.

I never played the last Batman...may give the new one a rent for sure!!

Legion5346d ago

@jcaashby

Yeh, I am enjoying my play of the beta even though it has huge issues with bugs right now. But hey, it's a free beta (not a demo) and I will just see how the retail game pans out.

Rage looks like it is promising, like Borderlands on steroids.

SilentNegotiator5346d ago

Silent Hill: Downpour...I'll see. SH has an awful lot to prove having fallen from what it once was.

Football Manager, flight fighter, MP Ratchet, racing "sim", annual sports title, spiderman, over-rated "realistic" shooter...MEH.

RAGE...probably not. All of the gameplay I've seen has dull AI, takes place in corridors or "open world" environmental corridors going from point A to point B, and generic firefights with a couple gadgets.

Batman...I'm almost certainly in. Batman:AA was such a rest of the norm blah, even if its gameplay mechanics weren't necessarily mind blowing. I expect more out of the sequel, and if that's what we see, I'm in.

MysticStrummer5346d ago

Two games here also, Dark Souls and Battlefield 3. Rage later. Batman maybe later. Silent Hill: Downpour next year, when it actually does release. Football Manager never.

meetajhu5346d ago (Edited 5346d ago )

Pre-ordered Rage,BF3,MW3 & w8ing for steam Batman:AC. Rage is no.1 on my list can't w8 to unlock on 7th

Scary695345d ago

Yeah I looked at the list and was like wtf? I am only getting 2 out of that whole list. :-/

fluffydelusions5346d ago

BF3...yes. Everything else remains to be seen for me.

Ayepecks5346d ago

Eh, Battlefield 3 became one of those "remains to be seen for me" after the poor public beta. It was going to be a day-one purchase, but now I'll wait for reviews to see if the kinks have been ironed out.

Waddy1015345d ago

You're basing your opinions on a beta? You do understand what that word means right.
Beta doesn't mean 'glorified demo' as some people seem to think nowadays.
If you care to read the Battlefield blog or some other news source then you will see that all the 'kinks' are ironed out in the retail game.

shadowwizard5346d ago

Rage, Battlefield 3 and Batman for me. November will be crazier... MW3, Uncharted 3, Assassins Creed Revelations, TES V: Skyrim, Saint's Row 3... Damn... :-/

vickers5005346d ago

Just RAGE this month for me. Everything this month besides RAGE I can wait for a price drop on (Arkham City, Battlefield 3, Ratchet and Clank A41, Dark Souls,).

November is the big one for me. Definitely getting Skyrim and Saint's Row 3. Uncharted 3 remains to be seen, and I've only just finished Assassin's Creed 2 so I still have to finish brotherhood, so I think Revelations can wait until a price drop as well. I keep telling myself I wont get MW3, but I can't say for certain whether or not I'll be able to resist the temptation to buy it (there's more choice now though, so I think I will be able to).

I'll probably get Halo CE since it's only 40 bucks.

Hmm, a month ago I thought I would be spending a lot more money on games. And I'm only paying 42 bucks for RAGE with the anarchy edition (thank you newegg!).

Ashby_JC5346d ago

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

dveio23d ago

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Jingsing23d ago

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Tanktopmaster9223d ago

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit23d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing23d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9222d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
