My computer’s terrible and Minecraft is lagging like there’s no tomorrow, whatever will I do?”, and to that I reply: “You know Minecraft is coming to Xbox Live don’t you?” “Of course!” You retort, “my rock does have an Internet connection underneath it you know. I’m just damnably impatient, I need my block building fix now!”. “Well aren’t you happy you came to Lazy Ass Gamer?” I reply rather smugly, as we’ve rifled through the XBLA Minecraft clones, trying to find the cream of the crop for you to play whilst you wait.

This is very true, my nephews grew up on these two games and whenever I introduce them a AAA game whether old or new, it's like seeing an alien try to make sense of it and then quickly lose interest in it.

Gaming trends are so weird to me now. Like, I’m old school and games were consumed essentially how movies were. You play through a title and look forward to the sequel or other things that came out. Now, that is so not the norm.
