"Top ten lists normally revolve around edifying that which is competent and successful but, honestly, who wants to read about good stuff? Sometimes it’s a hell of a lot more fun to just get that frustration out by reading about stuff that totally sucks. With this in mind (and at the risk of sounding like a bitter jerk) here’s a run-down of ten acts of atrocity that have been committed this console generation. This gallery is in no particular order."

Square Enix launches Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary site, revealing new Nomura art, books, music releases, and merchandise.
Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.
They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.

FuRyu revealed on Friday its Exstetra fantasy role-playing game is getting an HD remaster that will launch this summer on Steam.

The Wii is now a retro console. Let’s get nostalgic about an often maligned system.
Crazy to think the WII is to the Switch 2, as the NES was to the WII back then. 20 Year difference.
My wife asks me to bust it out (heh) everyone once in a while to play bowling and tennis with the kids. There was a ton of slop on it but some good stuff as well.
Wii was great but boy howdy did it cause Microsoft to go on a dark walk with the Kinect and the disastrous XBox One launch that they arguably never recovered from.
Not nostalgic for me.. I was there.. anyone who wasnt a little kid realized it was a gamecube with shit tacked onto it, it was the "joke" system and was well below even the switch in terms of comparing it to the latest machines at the time. The machine was well loved by young people and "casual gamers" who now remember it 20 years on, or in most cases more of its sales came in the 15-20 years ago range not right at launch- but again its not nostalgic for people who were "gamers" then really, just for those who ended up with one in their house, the games , graphics, interface and online features were archaic already in 2006.

OT: “The PS3 is not a game machine.” If the PS3 isn't a game machine, then what the hell is it meant to be Ken?" well technically its not its a multimedia hub with a main focus of games. I watch BBC Iplayer on it, watch movies on it, stream music to it. I do a lot except go on the internet (need to fix that) on it. Motion controls haven't been that bad. I was just playing Socom 4 with the sharpshooter. Actually its the only way I play it now.
The problem with the community is that gaming gone so mainstream and children are allowed to play these violent games they are always on the shooters because there parent do not care (they should). I do not experience this much but some of those videos I have seen of youtube are disgraceful. Do these kids talk that all the time. Stuff like "I will Kill you" just because your not as good is either immature or a hint at someone who is a psychopath. These children are clearly not old enough to play online if they are disrespectful to others
I miss playing TimeSplitters with LAN.. :(
Gr8 list
n i hate DLC n No split screen option seriously
'Casual' gaming. A testament to mediocry, laziness, shovelware and excuse making. These types of games getting 9s and 10s for repeativeness, short gameplay, mediocre graphics and gameplay and lack of replayablity is sickning. I let things like Flower and Flow slide because they are dirt cheap and worth what you pay. But to sell these types of games for the price of a normal game e.g. Child of Eden is nonsense. All in the name of 'fun' that lasts for ten to thirty minutes at best.
Hmm:
