Today marks the first day that reviews from around the gaming world have come in for Gears of War 3, perhaps the first major title for holiday 2011. reviews mean absolutely nothing with a game with this much hype and this strong a fanbase. Well I suppose it means they didnt completely mess it up, the lowest they would possibly get is an 8.0/10.
The best review is my own and I look forward to getting some horde action in next week. Should tide me over until Forza 4 and Trials Evo come along.

Only thing I heard that I didnt like was how the Locust play a backseat role to the lambent. I wonder is this going to be the same as the halo games ;in contrast when I reach the lambent am I just going to think "mehhh" like I did when I fought the flood instead of the covenant?
