yeah Judgment Day was outstanding and hearing how Tommy got into the biz is pretty cool. It's a classic rockstar story tied into a video game world. Oh snap now I am missing the glory days of G4 when COPS wasnt on the channel cause it was all videogames all the time, and back when consoles and PC news wasn't so biased full of drama.
yeah, G4 is like a reality station now COPS, CAMPUS PD, and CHEATERS this is full of fail G4 used to be the greatest not so much now.
Yeah, ROTR hasn't been the same since he left. Scott Jones is just your typical pretentious, jaded fanboy reviewer that thinks everything sucks. Victor needs to stop hiring his friends. Most of the cast is atrocious. Tommy T was the man. He and Vic' were awesome the first 10 years, then he left for Videogames Live. Good concert. Saw it twice and met Tommy in '09.
Sunday, August 28th marked the closing of Toronto’s FanExpo 2011. Wanderson75.net had a huge presence at FanExpo this year, with 5 of our staff attending at least 3 days out of the 4. It was a fun, exhilarating and exhausting weekend, and thankfully we have pictures documenting the highlights!
"As I put the head set on all the noise around me from the expo was drowned out by the 5.1 surround sound headphones built into the device, and my eyes were met with me looking down the barrel of a gun in a virtual hand, pointed out toward a beautiful landscape."
as nice as the tech would be I hope they have something to prevent my eyes from bleeding..
I think they will make sure it is as best as it can be when it comes out. I have no doubt in the tech and the OLED's sound like they'll be pretty nice.
Looks and seems pretty light-weight. Also, the article says that the retail version "will rest comfortably, and easily on the user’s head, and that sadly the prototype didn’t." So I'm guessing it will have some support over the head and around the back.
If this is the same device as was mentioned a few weeks back, then it will have a full wrap around design like a halo i believe.
The article was on N4G before, but the device was white.

yo, a game like "The World" from .hack// might be coming when this comes out (including the seizures the players got in the anime/game lol)
hopefully it'll be equipped with some sort of head movement tracking, would be neat.
Nice the eye boiler 5,000 , jokes aside will be good to see how the tech develops thought we would have seen it a long time ago aka the lawnmowerman days lol.
