THQ Community Manager, “Sledgehammer” has recently confirmed that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine will require an “Elite Pass” to access the game’s full multiplayer experience. Each PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 copy of the grim sci-fi shooter will have a unique single-use code printed on the back the instruction manual; those who buy Space Marine pre-owned without the pass will have to purchase it via PSN and XBL at the hefty sum of $10.

"Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Master Crafted Edition brings the 2011 classic back to the limelight after SM2's unprecedent success, and does so with love."

so they improved the remaster? played the original and loved it. I went into the remaster and was underwhelmed. What have they changed since launching the remaster to make it a 4/5?

This is a good version of this just okay third-person shooter / hack & slash action game.

Give THQ $10 and you too can be 1337.
Wow that sucks for u thq, you just lost a sale, i always buy 1 new version for me a couple used ones for my poor friends. I'll pay $60 not $180. And i aint playing alone
We can all thank EA for this one.
I think this will hurt the game sales in the long run. DLC, DRM, Online Passes are killing the gaming industry.
