IGN - DmC: Devil May Cry Demystified

IGN - We catch our first in-game glimpse of the new Dante.

Ravens205288d ago

Yup all thanks to Ninja Theorys douchebag Lead Designer.

Jack_DangerousIy5288d ago

Is that real? If so... Holy Crap... lol

OmegaSlayer5287d ago

The final act of disrespect towards fan has been yesterday.
Capcom and Ninja Theory lured fans via twitter, offering to show live streaming gameplay, and it never happened.
They only said that bull abot making a 30FPS game look and feel like a 60 FPS game.
They totally don't give a crap about fans.
I hope we all old DMC lovers won't buy a copy of this game.

SkullBlade1695288d ago

I honestly hope this game crashes and burns.

Eamon5288d ago

To be honest, the only way for this game to win back some of its fans is if Ninja Theory announces a custom skin to play as original Dante.

-Ikon-5288d ago

haha ya right and still have terrible game play. heavenly sword was there best game and pretty descent but combat is not there strength in any of there games

VileAndVicious5288d ago (Edited 5288d ago )

i think the only way to win back fans is for this game to get a high review score.

Something tells me that if it does youll have plenty of people that will get amnesia about all this.

AWBrawler5288d ago

@Vile

shhhhhh! quiet down. we know review scores cause amnesia but this is N4G and that'll get you disagrees.

I'm willing to give it a shot, though because I'm a Dante fan

TheDivine5288d ago

Idc it looks good to me. I liked the first dmc because of the horrorish re vibe but dmc4 was awful and NT make the best story driven games so im excited to see what they do here. Il play it before i say it sucks, people already made their minds up even though capcom sucks. NT are far better imo.

Jack_DangerousIy5288d ago

Although I don't completely agree. I'm glad there are still people who aren't afraid to voice their opinions.

RazMaTaz01215288d ago

Will take more than an original Dante skin to make this game better. Engine is a main problem aswell. If this game was being developed by Capcom using MT framework engine, stuck with Dante being half demon Half human, then I bet the complaints for this game would drastically decrease. Bottom line, they should have made DMC5.

You sound like you’re just a ton of fun to be around.

franwex298d ago

It’s been sitting in my backlog for a while now. One of the first games I wanted to try for this current gen due to the long load times of previous gen. I’ll get around to it soon!

Zenzuu298d ago

One of the best, stylish, and fun action slasher on the system. You definitely should get to it, as soon as you can.

solideagle297d ago

they are taking way too much time with DMC6...

VersusDMC297d ago

The DMC5 team went on to make Dragons Dogma 2, the DMC director (3,4,5) left capcom to make an action game at another studio and the rumor is that a DMC remake is next...so i wouldn't hold my breath on DMC6.

Everytime its on sale I think about buying it but never do. I only played the orginal and somr of 3 so I guess that's part of it.
