I'm all for a new Mass Effect game after Shepard. As long as they keep it fresh. It's a franchise now, so expected.

Oh so thats why they didn't do a uber Collectors Edition to make the series go out with a bang.....because there doing another one.

Cool, i like mass effect but lets focus on 3.. there is still over 6 months left before 3 comes out. I hate when developers do this lol..

This is the sort of expected, good news that you gotta take with a grain of salt until we know more.

Three things BioWare better not do with this.
1) Leave the Commander Shepard storyline open and unresolved for the sake of addressing it in the next game

2) Make it an MMO, irrespective of how successful SWTOR is, because that will require them to split their maintenance between the two at the expense of both.

3) Actually end up not making a "Mass Effect 4" or something along those lines, instead coming back to say, "Oh, we were just talking about our NEW FACEBOOK GAME!"

They can do a Mass Effect 4 if they like, but I myself am finished with the series after Mass Effect 3. I don't like the direction that Bioware is taking and the only reason I am getting Mass Effect 3 is to see the conclusion of Shepard's story

i don't mind as long as they don't rush it and make it another Dragon Age 2.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Mass Effect MMO if TOR does good.

How is Mass Effect 3 DLC going to work post-game?

I hope they release it all relatively early if its all before or during the main story....

Mass Effect 4 is great and expected although I doubt it will be named ME4. It'll probably be Mass Effect: Title.

If the content is there and the story sells, I can give a shit less if it is Mass Effect 100. Hell I bought the books and they start before Mass Effect 1. I love the universe and story, so make them.

No more mass effect for this gen. Keep it for next and make improvements.

I wish they would made one "spin-off" from a different point of view with multiplayer support.
So instead of controlling your 2 sidekicks, two human players control them.
That would be awesome.

I'm not about to tell Bioware what to do...they have given me kotor, mass effect, and dragon age, I'm sure swtor will be fantastic...just keep up the good work

I don't mind if they do a 4 BUT...

They should leave it a few years first. Make a diffent IP, then come back to it in a few years and make it fresh again on a next gen system.
