The band is called Press Play On Tape - "The Commodore 64 Revival Band".

Video in question is the Cannon Fodder theme tune with special guest Jon Hare from the legendary Sensible Software.

On their homepage (www.pressplayontape.com) you can see other videos. One of my favourites is an excellent live performance of the Monkey Island theme tune.

Yakuza Live-Action Miniseries Debuts March 17 Exclusively on IGN

A three-episode live-action adaptation of the first two Yakuza video games will debut Tuesday, March 17 exclusively IGN. Each episode is about an hour long and will stream on IGN.com and IGN’s YouTube channel.
