Id recommend to any one who like this game that they give sikkmod a go. Really brings the game a few years up to date.
Overall I enjoyed doom 3. It had great combat and was a spectacularly sculpted experience. Yeah it got a little repetitive towards the end but I replayed it recently and I really appreciated playing a game that lasted longer than four hours. It's a good twenty-thirty hour single player experience. You rarely see that nowadays unless it's open world or rpg.

DOOM 3 and its expansion also came out for the original xbox. So if anyone is interested to give this baby a try, u can pick it up used and cheap and play it on the 360, which is backwards compatible :)
