Big Issues With Subscription in Hellgate: London

During the last few days there has been reports from the players that the fans wanting that "little extra" in Hellgate: London, have sometimes gotten more than they hoped for. Subscriptions eroneously entered in US/EU instead of the opposite, multiple charges of the monthly fees, and no subscriber content for paying subscribers. "Founders" (life time subscription members) seems more commonly having problems than others. Representatives from Flagship Studious / Ping0 has been asked to comment, but have not yet replied.

I remember some friends and I all bought Hellgate: London day one because it was made by some original Diablo devs. We had fun playing it, good memories.
