Nerdemic.com staff writer Daniel Patten writes, "Trapped Dead offers a 3rd person isometric view experience set in the 80′s and revolving around a retro and horrifying zombie outbreak. Clearly drawn to the game as any zombie nerd would be, I collected my own copy this morning and have demonstrated my first twenty minutes of game-play for everyone to see."

Aside from the reputable Indie bundle known as the Humble Bundle, there are several others around just as great, one of which is called the “Build a Meridian 4″ bundle provided by Groupees. For three days only, gamers will receive the chance to build a bundle of their choice containing a total of 3 games and only having to pay one dollar for it.

The Indie Jam Bundle gets you the shooter Dead Horde, the RTS Future Wars, another shooter in the form of Greed, a tactical shooter in Stellar Impact, Grotesque Tactics: Premium Edition, the physics-based first-person game Twin Sector, Unstoppable Gorg, and the zombie-filled Trapped Dead for $5.50.
Gamesta.com reports on more great indie deals with the second iteration from Bundle Stars. Their newest promotion called Indie Jam bundles up 8 games for 5 bucks, more or less. All games come with Steam redeem keys.
While its more an arcade game, I wonder why Dead Nation didn't have a setup/gameplay like this.
