
There are some vintage video games that will live long in the collective memory. Space Invaders, Tetris and Doom were original, inventive and didn't have a number after their name. Nowadays, the market is saturated with sequels and franchises.

The stand out games of this gen (so far) in my opinion are Demon's Souls, Heavy Rain, Fallout 3 and.........Braid
Obviously there has been other games ive liked, but as much as ive like them theres always been summin i DONT like about them - example "Assassins Creed", the game looked and played awesome, just got borin as hell after afew hours
actually yes, but everything started in this gen..thats why at the moment i play older games and ds games..sure there are some good games in this gen , but not many and most of them i wouldnt play second time
Boring ain't the word.. we all need some new play mechanics/game engine.
not on pc, on console yes, but pc and mobile platforms continue to innovate, while 95% of console games are pew pew pew!!!
