guru3D.com has posted an article assessing DX11 performance in Crysis 2.
Make no mistake, this upgrade makes your GPU(s) sweat, but Crysis 2 has become amongst the best looking games anno 2011, and though late to market with these patches, it is a much welcomed upgrade.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.

If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."
I don't think, overall, that the DX11 and High Res Texture updates have made it as good as it would have been if it was designed to be rendered in DX11 as a priority over DX10 or DX9. Make it for the PC first then port down.
Crytek are really a bunch of idiots. their whole gimmick was graphical superiority but then they make a console port for the PC instead of a DX11 monster. Crysis 2 with DX11 Elmer's Glued on barely surpasses Crysis 1.
