
Moai, the development platform that was used to create Crimson, Bungie Aerospace's first release developed by Harebrained Schemes, is now available to the public in an open beta.

The Moai game development platform was created by Zipline Games.

Four long years ago, world-reknowned creators of Halo and the yet-unannounced space-epic Destiny announced an interesting project: Bungie Aerospace. Aerospace was a brilliant initiative from the minds at Bungie to partner with small developers and provide them with the initiative, funds, and community to cultivate and launch amazing games. The project ran for a short time and then it simply vanished. The first game to debut out of the Bungie Aerospace program will be Crimson: Steam Pirates, a steampunk pirate-themed real-time strategy and action game for the iPad.
