The announcement that Capcom have implemented a one save feature for their latest 3DS title, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, has been met with many harsh criticisms. Gamers aren't happy, and it's blatantly obvious that gaming retailer EB Games Australia isn't happy either. The gaming giant has removed copies from store shelves, resulting in a nationwide boycott in their stores.

EB Games Australia has advised that 19 stores will be closed across Australia in total.
“Like all businesses, we are constantly evaluating our property portfolio to ensure that our stores mix is in-line with the ever changing retail landscape,” an EB Games Australia representative told Stevivor in a statement.

seems like lately we haven't been getting much in the way of Collectors Editions meanwhile Europe and other parts of the world get to reap the rewards. At least the System is region free, so if you have a way of importing these without too much of a hit to the cost then you can do so easily.
