SG - Ubisoft’s foray into post-disaster survival adventure has been illusive, evasive and downright confusing. First announced at E3 2008, I Am Alive has shown no signs of ever being released, or any real details beyond a short fully CG trailer.

Atari has obtained the rights to five lesser-known Ubisoft titles. The deal includes Cold Fear, I Am Alive, Child of Eden, Grow Home, and Grow Up.

Disappointed with the wait, it looks so good =(
because they are too busy with assassin creed
This game definitely sounds good and has lots of potential, I will wait and see what it's like when it comes out before making any decision on whether or not to get it... but it sounds like my kind of game, so hopefully it's good!

What really bothers me about Ubisoft is that their IPs are some of the best around. Rainbow six has such great potential. Ghost Recon, Prince of Persia, Assassins Creed, Raving Rabbits, I'm alive, Far Cry, all the motion control stuff and a bunch more...HOW CAN THIS COMPANY BE LOSING MONEY!!!
GRAW was a break out hit this gen...one of the first and they let the fanbase become COD converts for lack of any updates and/or new games. Rainbow 6...the same thing. They actually laid people off from that legendary dev...I just don't get it. They are taking to long to release titles and last I heard had actually lost almost 200 million dollars...O_o
I think M$ should buy these guys or at least controlling interest and they would have instantly a great library of games for their XBL and 360 platform. With Ubi losing money, M$ should be able to get in relatively cheap.
One thing tho is that Ubisoft has become a great Canadian story spawning a huge gaming industry around them with EA and THQ setting up shop across the street from them and in the case of THQ, has erupted a war, with THQ stealing personnel from Ubisoft. Ubisoft has actually gone to court and received a cease and desist order against THQ.
