
E3 2011 was an incredible show and a wonderful time for all in attendance. From pre-expo publisher announcements, to the new technologies introduced or expanded upon at the show, to the after-hours parties, to the relationships both formed or revisited, one couldn't ask for a better event.
To the majority of gamers, though, what matters most is what they'll be playing in the months and years ahead, and when it comes to great games, E3 2011 most definitely had all bases covered. To honor all of the great work on display at this year's show, GamerNode nominated 10 games for our Best of E3 Awards, finally narrowing down to five very special winners on the show's final day.
All of these titles were highly impressive, and we absolutely can't wait to experience more of what they have to offer. Without further ado, the nominees...

A lot of stuff coming out of E3 this year looked great. It's tough narrowing down to just 5, or even 10 great games from the show.
Although Uncharted 3 is at the top of my anticipation list just because of how much I loved U2, BioShock Infinite and Skyrim seemed like the most impressive games at E3 from what I saw/read.
