There are some cooler ones in my opinion, I remember seeing one where you can shoot arrows attached to ropes and scale buildings and walk across roof to roof, reminds me of the Green Arrow and Batman. Also there's an acrobatic mod where your character can actually do flips, tight rope walk, etc. My favorite one actually adds dragons to Oblivion, you can call them , ride them, etc.

I think the rope arrow ones were mods added to make it more like Thief.

Yea, it's fun to have those sorts of things, it really brings out the role play aspect of it and lets you do almost what ever you can imagine. I wish they had more things like these, picture skyrim, shoot a rope arrow at a dragon, climb onto it, kill it. Just a thought.
