Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.
They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.

I wasn't expecting much, but that was insanely cool.
there are some amazing possibilities with this tech. play chess where you select a virtual piece to move, and when one piece takes another it actually pulls out its sword and smashes it or something
army men where you point and click to place them, then stand back and press play to watch the battle play out.
Those ragdoll fall games where you push a ragdoll down stairs, except you could use flat blocks, and set up a course and point and click to place the ragdoll and watch him fall down real things.
ads where they have a little sign where it says something like smart ar in a colored circle. So you pull out your android or whatever and pull up your smart ar app and click on the ad and download something with your 3g. now the poster ad turns itself into a tv that shows a video, or opens up in a box you could look at or something.
That is insanely awesome. Changing the ball direction in real time is what got me.
And they say sony doesnt innovate...
.
Could this Smart AR be implemented in Vita too?
Concerning, I haven't seen Vita's AR games directly...
