Halo: Combat Evolved has finally released on PC. Let's see how it runs and what PC gamers will need to run the game at 4K 60FPS.

After seeing that, I'm very very, impressed.
But as a playstation fan.
I'm not at all worried... Ps5 will match that with killzone, or any guerilla game, easily..
So just because you are a fan of playstation that mean you don't enjoy or play any games on other platform.
How are you impressed with this? Good thing is, its pretty old and runs quite well even on low specs GPUs. But its a last gen game. Got the whole collection and hopefully the later games will pick up the pace a little.
my thought is it look alot more clean and i will buy it for my 360
I really enjoyed the 1st Halo on the original Xbox. It was fresh at the time. I really can't say I was so pumped for the sequels though. The remake looks as it should, but I can't help feeling MS's E3 was predictable.
I mean, I had a strong suspicion MS's E3 would be mostly Kinect based, with the usual Gears/Halo/Forza/Fable games too. Maybe 360 needs to follow Nintendo and announce a new console next E3.
I wasn't that impressed with Sony's E3 either, but NGP/Vita saved their show. I'm a PS3 gamer, but well done Nintendo....finally embracing the hardcore gamer!
ah the game that made me buy the orginal xbox! hope the guys at 343 will do a good job *fingers crossed
My opinion regarding remakes on any console is that if I still have them somewhat fresh in memory I feel no need to replay them.
Good for the people missing it though but if I had to choose I'd rather replay Halo Reach again. It's more 'evolved' graphics and gameplaywise :)
I don't mind legitimate disagrees, like if I stated what I believed to be fact, but I turn out to be universally wrong. But, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to disagree on someone else's personal opinion.
*maybe some of us are just a little to happy to disagree, for the sake of it. ...well, done YOU....well done :)
