Crap list. BF3 blew the doors wide open. IMO nothing else came close that made me think "Holy crap!"

Sony showed a great line-up, a fantastic new handheld at a great price and great games.

Nintendo showed 3ds titles, a console (did they though?) which is looking to match up with 360/ps3 5 years late, and a controller which could be reproduced with the PS Vita and a PS3 (with better results, multi-touch, dual cameras, wi-fi to play in other rooms, etc)

Ms showed 3rd party titles, 1 expected sequel and a lot of casual crap and average at best kinect integration for core games.

Why you think the PSVita couldn't be used as a map or a rear-view mirror is what i'd like to know.
Being within 15ft of your Wii to use the controller is also exclusive to that device.

PS they didn't show the console, just the controller, which I already said, is a simple tablet. The next console iteration's specs are still very much up in the air. Ports of games that will be out this fall who knows how much later.
There were no 1st party titles shown for it.

I only found out the Wii U wasn't just an add-on to the Wii and it had a new console.

Wait? Nintendo got an A for announcing a new console that no one saw....just the controller. No demos...just "prototypes"
Sony announced a bunch of games but no megaton and got a B?
They should have at least the same grade....at least...
I dont see why nintendo gets away with coming out with the same games Zelda, Smash Bros, Starfox and gets so much praise. They aren't even HD....

But nintendo mostly showed 10 year old games. I mean they had a good conference, but an A. What is this harvard, stop the grade inflation.

Didn't see that one coming! Nintendo gets best rated conference on a sony site-awesome! I gotta say I agree with them though Nintendo blew my arse away! The microsoft negativity seems kinda harsh-I mean didn't they reveal most every major brand for xbox with new entries..aint that what xbox fans want?

Nobody seemed to notice to Zelda HD and Bird demo were running real time, as the E3 attendees were able to fully interact with those environments in real F'N time, on actual Wii U hardware.

i thought nintendos conference was boring. didnt watch microsoft and enjoyed sonys as it was really the only one i wanted to see.

I feel like I got Rick Rolled with the WiiU. A "console" was never actually shown. What they did show was a very snazzy controller with some very cool capabilities. Nevertheless, the offerings are just "hmm.....interesting" ;, not ground breaking. Will the WiiU be a very sturdy console on launch? Yes! Will it have enough of a unique experience to convince Wii owners to buy it and PS3/360 gamers to jump ship? Uh...no.

As someone said earlier, its an HD console coming 5yrs later to the party. WOW! All they had was MP games(that wore PS3/360 versions mind u) and ONE, I say ONE actual game they have exclusive as of yet....Lego City Stories....

Also, the Vita outshines the 3DS in everyway, in functionality, in release line up, and in pricing. And from what we seen, PS3+Vita= basically everything they showed, except you can actually LEAVE the house and go with the Vita and come back to the console, not confined to the same space.

Sony Won this, thats all you need to know.

Preferred last year's E3

from the demo that was shown the wiiu has me more intrigued than the wii did...i would consider it if the price is right and by the looks of the controller we're probably looking at around 500 bucks. needless to say if i did end up getting it since i have no kids it would last me a hell of alot longer than all the 8 yr olds would. i could already see the sea of broken controllers being returned every week. on the one hand the functionality and the immersion level could really sell the system but on the other, the price and the undoubtedly damage return rate could make this the biggest black eye for nintendo since the virtual boy.
