Bioware have stressed that the combat will be even further refined to be more in line with most 3rd person shooters. This isn’t a surprise, as Mass Effect 2 played mostly like any other 3rd person shooter. This time around they will have Kinect integration. What does this mean in a shooter/RPG? Voice commands. Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
