Video game peripheral manufacturer Hyperkin is branching out from making gaming accessories and will debut its first-ever game software title at the 2011 Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles next week.

The Outerhaven writes: Hyperkin’s The Competitor blends the DualSense’s comfort with Xbox and PC functionality. Find out if this wired controller is worth the $49.99 price.
Hyperkin is showing off its latest Xbox and PC controller called The Competitor at CES 2025, which is a PS5-style gamepad with back buttons and Hall Effect sticks and triggers.
ehm so...
this looks Exacly like a Dualsense.
wonder if theres gonna be a lawsuit ha
Symmetrical analog sticks on an Xbox controller? Nah...
I rather wait for Sebile.
I’ll stick to my Elite 2 controller. They may have questionable build quality but they feel premium and fits my hands perfectly.

Portable nostalgia.
Aka hyperkin has remade the Sega nomad.
Hyperkin does what Sega don't
I'd have to wait to see performance, because if this is just another rom dump-to-emulation type Hyperkin device then hard pass. The quality of their products are severely hit-or-miss.
Also, unsure why they picked a 16:9 screen yet again when every game plays in 4:3. There are plenty of emu-handhelds that have quality screens in the original aspect ratio.
Sounds similar to the b-boy game for psp with some extra dance styles. Cool i guess.
Has potential if online you can vs others, even better if it was a lobby of say four or a tournament of 8 and each dance off the non dancing players watch and then vote on who won that round.
Also i wonder if it'll have move/PS eye support.
Anyways has potential for people who are into those sort of games :)
