TGH Writes: "It is possible that Kojima has gotten tired of the Metal Gear Solid series now maybe trying to come full circle by HD remixing the second and third entries and his classic Zone Of The Enders. Maybe Kojima wants more and was offered the new Contra. Here are our ideas of how it may play out and our reasoning as to why."
PES will finally transition from the Fox Engine to the Unreal Engine, and the game will allow for more realistic player models and animations, enhanced physics, photorealistic visuals, and much more.
Is this the end for Kojima's hailing Fox Engine?
That's great but for gods sake let's have a new commentary team with all new dialogue and more intelligent analysis. Great way to make a game feel stale out of the box when they're saying the exact same stuff they were five years ago.
Commentary isn't important in itself but it's an example of how they leave some things to stagnate while focusing on tiny improvements in animations.
What if Metal Gear Solid 3 (argubly the best in the series) gets remade in MGS V’s FOX Engine. YouTuber kur ko04 gives us an idea. While definitely not official, it certainly looks pretty beli…
well... I guess it would look like the jungle parts of MGS5

At the opening of Kojima Productions' Los Angeles studio last week, studio head Hideo Kojima withdrew a 2011 statement indicating the company's internally-developed FOX Engine would be available for licensing to schools and small developers.
Will be interesting to see Contra with current tech.
It would be interesting to see it utilized in a new Contra game. However I would love to see it in a completely new IP.
I just want to see the new Contra... I don't care what the engine is. However, if they're using Fox Engine for it, I can't imagine what Contra will be like. Surely they wouldn't use Fox for a sidescroller...
Countless hours on the NES. The best shooter on the NES for me. Still remember how sore my thumps were and lots of spring replacement for the controller buttons lol!
would be awesome.
