All I know is that THQ are using loads of adjectives to promote this title.

It looks no different.

Graphics actually look like a new engine if you ask me, but I don't know still skeptical. A new engine would mean breathing room to create tons of new stuff for us. That just doesn't sound like Yuke's thinking.

The name = WWE 12 now. Hmm... Reminds me of EA Sports games.

Fire Pro needs more love. The last PS4 title gets regular playtime from me.

I hear that there are financial troubles at the studio, but I'm hopeful for a Switch port one of these days.

Anyone remember Giant Gram Wrestling on the Dreamcast .....

Rambokind2319d ago

Ah hell yes! That was loads of fun.

Fire Pro just gets better. Buy it.

I have Fire Pro for PS4 and PC but it seems more of like a Sim creator rather than people actually playing out matches. I still dont like anything as much as the N64 games

Golden Era of wrestling games in the Golden Era of wrestling. I've been contemplating going back and getting a N64 and getting those classic's
WWF Wrestlemania 2000
WWF No Mercy
WCW vs. nWo Revenge

micdagoat192316d ago

Yeah its the only wrestling games I still play consistently for fun.

TheTony3162320d ago

Yes. The last great wrestling game was svr 2006.

addictedtochaos2320d ago

Yes, the WWE ones at least. The last good one was 2K14 and the last great one was Here Comes the Pain.

6 Abominations Brought to Life by These Games' Character Creators

If Dr Frankenstein were alive today and also not fictional, he wouldn't need to faff around building a creature out of dead bodies then trudge around the Arctic trying to kill it - not when these videogame character creators exist. Just look at the unnatural horrors he could have cooked up in WWE '12, Spore, Saints Row 4, Soul Calibur 5, NBA 2K15 and The Sims 4.

Good comparison, they've got worse with age.

Thrillho4211d ago

Many of the old animations look better than the new ones especially the Sweet Chin Music and Goldberg's spear. The 2K14 Clothesline from Hell looks awesome though.
