This article talk's about possible Project Cafe features also known as Wii 2. "There are so many questions to ask. Will it have touch screen capability? Will it be better then the Xbox 360 or the Playstation 3? When does it come out? What does it look like? These things we all want to know. Limited information is known right now but after E3, it will all be out on the table."

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

Nintendo completed its share repurchase and set its secondary offering price at 8,347 yen ahead of March 16 delivery.

Nintendo filed a lawsuit in the United States Court of International Trade.
Nintendo of America is suing the United States government over the sweeping tariffs President Donald Trump put in place last year, according to a complaint filed Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade and obtained by Aftermath.
LOL I read this on gaff, will they refund the money back to the gamers? highly unlikely. Didn't they just raise prices and pass it onto the gamers? Only Nintendo would send out the Ninjas to the US government.
Enjoy!
I would love to see the touch screen streaming that is rumored.
Nice article guys oh some guys replied back on that infamous article you wrote BB and it turns out you're theory was correct. Good Job, here's the link! http://n4g.com/news/771240/...
I wonder if something like the Wii Vitality Sensor will be incorporated into the new Cafe controller.
Now, I've always thought that the Vitality Sensor is.. pretty crap. I mean, it's a good idea, and the potential is pretty cool, but the way it would be presented and used for the Wii wouldn't be an instant win like the Wii Balance Board or something. But think of the potential of technology like the Vitality Sensor being embedded into the new controller! o:
All I see is an expensive controller that will probably pass up the $55 mark with ease. Also a battery hog. That is if this thing is even real. All Nintendo needs to worry about in its next console is the online portion of things.
