But the sheer brass of City Interactive to spin an entire game out of those satisfying long-range shooting sections certainly paid dividends: Since its release last year, Sniper: Ghost Warrior has clocked up over one million sales on Xbox 360 and PC, with a PS3 version thrown into the mix a few weeks ago.

Except ARK is an early access, which either means it's either alpha or beta. Don't get me wrong! I'm looking forward to the game, it's on my wish list, but I will not pay money for something that is not fully complete.
Long gone are the days of "Free Beta."

ARK is only out a wet week with less than a year developement released as EA so YEH it's in alpha.
Has had more content on release than nearly any other early access title and more patches in a week than most titles in a month to even six months.

Awesome i like your statement above,you're a perfect candidate to stay away and be kept away from EA game development because with above statement,i wish more people would be like you , who go an buy EA games and start whining and ranting bcos they don't grasp its concept would just follow you.

It's a series of article CVG write for E3, they don't consider Sniper 2 as the ultimate most anticipated game, they've done the same kind of article for MW3 and Battlefield 3 too.
I really enjoyed the first game.
I'm looking forward to the sequal.
