For gamers who purchased the PS3 version of L.A. Noire, a new patch is waiting as soon as you pop the game in while on the PlayStation Network.
Members of the original development team behind Rockstar Games' LA Noire are working on a new psychological thriller called Sowden House.
Hopefully McNamara is as far away from this as possible he set up shop in Australia then did nothing but complain about Australian labour laws while trying to make his workers live at the office working 24/7 on la noire punishing them for leaving at 3 am and being 10 minutes late to work at 9am the next day.
It's astonishing that none of the workers went to the fair work ombudsman as the studio would have been fined astronomical numbers
Brendan McNamara is a brilliant writer and director but he should never, ever be in charge of a studio. What he did to those devs was far beyond "crunch", and it went on for, what, 7 years? That's insane.
But I'm glad to see some of that team have come together again to create something new. A psychological thriller sounds right up my alley.

Before bitching for Rockstars innocence, go read the forums, people with brand new hours old 360s and PS3's are getting broken, overheating etc. So you still think its hardware? Weird, my 2008 80gig PS3 works fine. Its a software glitch. Its such a brilliant game, this problem is making it look bad. Instead of helping, Rockstar says to contact Sony.Sony says to contact Rockstar and both tell people to buy a new console, yet theres brand new consoles failing too.unfuckingbelievable!
Im also getting the freezing issue, I happend once last night, and once tonight. The PS3 just turns off. I have to get up and turn it back on.
When it happened tonight, and I relaunced the game, I was prompted to DL the patch.
I've had no issues at all with my copy of LA Noire and I'm running it on a 250 GB PS3 Slim I bought last summer. I'm about halfway through the game.
