Imagine one day someone came to you and said there’s a game that combines parkour with a first person shooter. Think of sliding underneath collapsed gates while shooting at three players from the opposing team and then jumping off a wall up to an air vent to make a quick escape. It sounds like a fun and unique idea and you’re immediately interested. Bethesda is that person and Brink is that free running first person shooter. Despite all of the flashy wall jumps and athletics, Brink stumbles over itself and ends up being the kid in gym that tries too hard.

AAA games get all the attention. But some games get lost in the shuffle. Especially shooters! Make time for these five.
I didnt care for brink. I thought it was going to be like overwatch back in the day.

It’s time to Switch to Brink before taking 12 Orbits around Letters from Whitechapel? That sort of works.

Six years later, and the game is available to anyone who wants it on PC.
I am suprise I don't see the media writing hate articles with flamebait headlines like...
"As a racing game, Brink failed miserably, and as a FPS, Brink is below average."
"Brink stumbles over itself and ends up being the kid in gym that tries too hard."
Man.. I'm so bummed by this game.. I wanted it forever and then it's just mediocre.. it's fun I like it.. but it's not the game I hoped it'd be... lets hope they've started on a sequel (as in started the process) already and learn from the mistakes this time.
