Portal 2 is here and it outshines its predecessor in every way. The 2007 surprise blockbuster was only three hours long and came packaged with several other games in the Orange Box. The astonishingly well written and inventive puzzler generated memes for months to come and is still quoted today. “The cake is a lie” and Jonathan Coulton’s ending credits song Still Alive are plastered on t-shirts and are available in the Rock Band store. How could such a successful independent game get a sequel that would do any justice to the first game? Valve found a way.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."

I never got to play the first Portal game back in the day. But I rented Portal 2 on PS3 a couple days ago, and I fell in love with it quickly, after trying to figure out what the hell I was supposed to do. haha It took me about 5 minutes to get used to going in the blue portal and out the orange one.
Awesome game and very refreshing to play among all these shooters nowadays. Thank you Valve and Gabe Newell for releasing it on PS3, especially with Steam support. Very classy, you guys are.
