JI writes: "This sequel to Sengoku Basara Battle Heroes titled Sengoku Basara Chronicle Heroes for PSP in Japan has a new trailer released for it today. With Chronicle Heroes Capcom attempts to give fans more of what they want with the franchise."

International publishers Udon have confirmed that the official Sengoku Basara graphic novel series will be made available in Europe, beginning with Sengoku Basara: Samurai Legends Volume 1 next month. Based on the videogame franchisee from Capcom, the Sengoku Basara graphic novel series takes real Japanese historical events and figures, and makes them larger-than-life with dynamic character designs and all-out action.

Sengoku Basara features prettied-up versions of some tough as nails dead dudes. The game is set against Japan's Warring States period during which Japanese people were beating the shit out of each other. But the game's aren't nearly as horrific (or smelly) as the history. So bring on the rock'n'roll soundtrack.
The newly released Sengoku Basara: Chronicle Heroes for the PSP features a Do As Infinity tune, dubbed "Chikai" (Oath), as the game's theme song.

"Overview - Hardware sales are down slightly week on week and are down by nearly a third year on year. The Xbox 360 crossed the 55 million mark this week. The 3DS is getting a huge price cut next month, which will hurt sales over the next couple weeks, but afterwards sales should increase at least two to three times initially. There are six debuts in the top 40 and there are no software milestones this week. Two games sold over 100,000, down from two last week, and the top 10 sold over 50,000, down from 12 last week."
Not bad. I hope it comes out here.
Never played the first but I've been meaning to check it out.
I can go for playing this..
I never got around to checking out this franchise but I've heard good things.
Damn its timed battles, I saw the time count going down...I dislike that a lot.
