Gaming Dead: "Obsidian and Bethesda have released the new update detailed last week for Fallout: New Vegas, bringing a long list of balance changes to the title. Specifically, guns, explosives, energy weapons, melee/unarmed, and perks have received significant tweaks. Adjustments include better accuracy, increased rate of fire, larger explosion radius, and more."
"It was so offensive to me"

Amazon Prime subscribers can claim more than a dozen games to keep this month.

Rebellion's Atomfall is finally out! But what happens if you can't get your hands on it yet? Luckily, here are the top 8 games like Atomfall.
Kinda reminds me of miasmata also with how the navigation works. Not to miasmata's extent but definitely in the same vein
Meh, Bring on Skyrim. This game didnt hold my attention long enough, I ignored its bug ridden release an played the hell out of it but it wore thin way too fast, And so did fallout 3 for me personally. Its strange the games can be so similar yet feel worlds apart.
Guess my point is, Update or not this isnt going back in the console with so many other games around now
i didnt get it because fallout 3 was (and still is) a pile of bugs stacked onto each other, and it seems i was right about waiting for this one, does anyone know if the bugs in this game were fixed?
ill probably be waiting to see if skyrim is full of bugs also, i hate being sold something half finished, i pay a lot of money for these games
How about fixing a game engine that has been broken for a decade.
Don't get me wrong. Fallout 3 and New Vegas are damn fun games, but the constant game breaking glitches that occur really begin to eat away at the fun factor killing any desire to keep playing.
Last look at my Steam account has me at 117 hours for New Vegas on the 17th. This doesn't include the 20 or so I put in since then because I've had Steam in offline mode to boost stability.
So, let's be nice and say around 130 hours. Well I can damn well assure you I have lost 50 hours minimum out of that due to corrupted game saves and broken quests that forced a complete restart or major backtrack. Hell just last night I lost over 10 hours of work due to the Novac safe house corrupting my saves.
Fallout 3 was bucket loads more stable than this horse ^%#@. Hell, New Vegas version 1.0 before ANY patches was still more playable. I only really noticed serious game breaking problems after the patch to include support for Dead Money.
You'd figure with a game engine that is aging up there with it's bigger brethren like the Quake and Unreal engines they would have all the kinks worked out.
New vegas never froze on my 360 once in 40 hrs. I had one bug where my gun kept firing but a reset fixed it. I was suprised how solid it was.
