We have just discovered from a Windows Desktop Experience MVP's blog , that Microsoft has applied for a patent that would allow Kinect users to create custom profiles and then use them on different profiles.

We could say the same thing about certain features for other consoles as well. Either way, Kinect hasn't been out a full year yet. Stuff is coming and people will either like it or they won't.
