The battle for the best soccer simulation continues between EA Sports and Konami. Pro Evolution Soccer dominated with its early games. Recently FIFA has been the better soccer simulation. FIFA 2009 and 2010 were good games but didn’t come close in comparison to the console versions. In fact, the PC version always seemed to be a few steps behind in quality. FIFA 11 looks to change that trend. FIFA is EA Sport’s only remaining sports game for the PC. Is FIFA 11 the best soccer simulation for the PC? Read the review to find out.

Online support for a number of 2010 EA Sports titles is set to end next month.

"The decision to retire older EA titles is never easy." That's also what they said when they shut down the servers for BF2: MC.
I think maybe with the release of pay for your own server on BF3 this is what EA might continue to use for all games giving an option for people who want to play it online.
I'm so sick of EA and all the BS, i'm sick of a lot of publishers anymore.

a little too late?
He talks in the article as if the PC version was released just now, later than the console versions, which I'm 99% sure isn't true?
I have switched between the two over the years, it use to be fifa on the ps2 and later switched to pes for the duration of the ps2's lifetime.
When we entered next-gen i bought pes and have been let down since, so i decided to try fifa again, since then i have yet to change my mind.
Pes has lost the gameplay mechanics it had on the ps2, till that returns i won't touch another version
