i remember i bought FFXIII off them for $77 when jb hi had it for $88

JB aren't as cheap as they used to be relative to some other retailers, although generally I think they are the best.

Game Australia has some really good deals online. For example I picked up Crysis 2 for $69 and just got Operation Flashpoint 3 today for $55. They even have Portal 2 and Mortal Kombat for $82 online with free shipping. In store they are shockingly expensive but they have good onlien deals.

EB, I don't know why anyway buys games from them except on the odd occasion when one of their 20-50% sales actually makes there games cheaper. It is criminal the prices they charge for games. Even Big W, Target and Kmart are a lot better than EB at least for new release games. I saw Target had MK and Portal 2 for $79 today.

These guys are the cheapest I have seen in Aus, but they ship from the east and I am out west so it takes 5 days. Too long! Thats KZ3 deals is sweet, I need a new controller...

Eb games is all good cause you can price match, also there is a standard 7 day return policy (get full refund on the game) that other companies dont offer... take if from someone who used to work there, it is good if you get around the system

Metacritic Removes Resident Evil 9 Review From Fake AI Writer

Kotaku writes: "A Resident Evil Requiem review published by long-standing UK gaming news site Videogamer has been removed from Metacritic after readers pointed out it was written by a fake AI journalist who doesn’t actually exist. Videogamer‘s human masthead was gutted last week, sources tell Kotaku, and the site has been publishing apparent genAI slop ever since."

Genuinely well done on metacritic for taking such an immediate hard stance. Not often, if at all, you see that these days. Credit where it’s due.

This is really sad on so many levels. Not least of all the fact that all the human lost their jobs to a language model. Can we block all content coming from Videogamer site. Can we make a rule that content sumitted to N4G must be greated by a human being.

I'm gonna report every Videogamer article I see on N4G from now on so just putting it out there.

N4G doesn't allow AI-generated content. Please report as you see necessary.

Isnt videogamer one of the N4G owner run sites?

Seems to fit their MO to cut corners and push cheap dribble.

It is amazing but I'm starting to slightly miss the moron gaming press we had in the 2010s because at least they were human.
