Unfortunately there are a couple of 8's out there, that based off every review I've read so far seems out of place, but whatever. It's generally accepted that Uncharted 3 is a 9.5 - 10 game.
While this sequel has many of the same minor issues as its predecessor, as well as one rather unique one, it's also just as big of a thrill ride.

I want this game so bad, but the inFAMOUS 2 beta will keep me occupied, for now... But seriuosly, inFAMOUS 2 is just effing amazing!!! Now I am not 100 % that UC3 will be GOTY, it's that good! :D This is living, right?
So far, those graphics are unmatched on consoles. ND seems to keep getting more power out of the PS3 it's unreal. I didn't think the graphics could get better than UC2. This is by far my one of my favorite series of all time. If anyone hasn't played these games, you're missing out on some fine gaming + great graphics+awsome story.
What happened to that "trailer" for thursday that we were apparently going to see.
