The 3DS has been launched for an entire week now, it's broken some sales records, but we're sure Nintendo's use to their consoles breaking records, it's been given great feedback, and it's only been launched for a week. The heavy hitting titles haven't even been released yet. So what you see now is just the tip of the iceberg. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D still isn't released, Star Fox 64 3D still isn't released, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D still isn't released, and so many other first and third party titles haven't been released yet, of course. While there's still so much more coming to the 3DS in these coming months, what's going to be happening with the Wii? All we know of that's coming so far is The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword and a new Kirby game. With so many third party developers on the 3DS bandwagon at the moment, what's going to be happening with the Wii?

Capcom has announced and released the original Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 on Steam.

The rejection is non-final (and even when such rejections are labeled as “final”, the process is far from over, given that there can be, at minimum, an appeal to the Federal Circuit).
Good, as they should! A game mechanic like that shouldn't be locked behind a patent, and Nintendo didn't invent it either.
Nintendo wants to keep wasting money on bullshit lawsuits, real smart in this economy. They should put that money aside for other game projects. On the other hand, I don't care if they waste it all either, and they are screwed in the future maybe that will teach them a lesson.

Nintendo completed its share repurchase and set its secondary offering price at 8,347 yen ahead of March 16 delivery.
Don't forget Dragon Quest X, that's huge in Japan...and I mean HUGE! :)
A bit of history. Dragon Quest IX released on DS in 2009. Well pre-orders in Japan were 2 million...and in two day it had sold 2,318,932 copies. It has since sold 4.29 million in japan alone. If Wii drops price, gets DQ X bundles in japan, and some unexpected surprises at E3....business as usual..lol.
Yet nothing really for Wii, I kind of feels dead. No new Mario game (which is a big seller) and some Zelda game coming soon.
Really not much to look for.

I like the title of this piece. It is clever.
Still waiting for Dragon Quest X.
