Fire Fall Hope to Launch US-KOR

Red 5 hinted its intention of closing the publishing agreement with Webzen due to Webzen’s slow respondence and hesitative willingness.

Mark Kern, the CEO of Red 5, attended the press meeting in Seoul and complained “<Fire Fall> is to be launched in the US within this year but Webzen puts its Korean service in next year. I think it should go together. I know it is not a matter of what I can do unilaterally, but they are too slow.”

This is sad news, because I always felt there was great potential with this game but it never got to where it could be.

Plus this was the only game to ever use the Project Offset engine too. Project Offset never came out so getting to see what it could do was the closest we ever got because of this game.
