Capcom shouldn't have "fixed" MVC3's Sentinel

Some people call Marvel vs. Capcom 3's Sentinel cheap, but I just call him boring. No matter what your issue with the annoying automaton is, Capcom completely failed to address your concerns when it recently reduced the machine's health.

Yep. Sentinel won't save sloppy players.

Even if the patch is pre-planned, if Capcom was so worried about Sentinel's health why make it the best in the game in the first place? I don't think anyone would have complained that much if he started with the same health as Hulk.

the best in the game?

in the first place, the sentinel was never so overpowered that a poor player could use it to beat a good player.

it's such a moot point, arguing about it because the majority of players don't experience any issues with it.

i think they shud reduce shinku hadokens strength :). no one but my bro can beat me, but its hard to beat him because of his combo into shinku hadoken taking 75% of my life even on lowest settings

or just weaken xfactor, or add a combo breaker, barrier, somethin :P

i agree, there should've been a mega crash system in this game.

drains half of your total hyper gauge and some of your red life seems fair.

thats a lil fcked up taking the health down. Sent was apart of my team

Every Marvel vs. Capcom Character, Together At Last

Artist Chris Cayco, who we’ve featured a few times before on Kotaku, grew up playing Marvel vs. Capcom (and Marvel vs. Street Fighter) games. His tribute to this, which took him over 175 hours, was to combine every single character to ever appear in Capcom’s crossover series in the one enormous image.

Every Capcom Vs. Game Ranked

As common as it is today, it is hard to believe that there was a time where gaming franchises crossing over was just a pipe dream. Capcom broke down the wall, but they took the combination of some of the most unlikely of franchises and made it the norm.

Whether it was a colossal successful partnership with Marvel Comics or a collaboration with rivals Namco and SNK, the “Vs.” series brought unforgettable experiences to the fighting genre.
