Homefront's singleplayer is one of the most important disappointment in the FPS genre. It's a faulty product with a lack of quality in critical points.
The graphics are simply awful and old-fashioned. The story is promising at the very beginning but immediately unpleasent.
THQ has failed with this game. A handful of broken promises.

Jack writes: "Back in March 2011, the first-person action shooter Homefront arrived on the Xbox 360 from THQ, along with a storm of publicity which included a really cool live-action trailer"

Last week game dev Steve Thornton took to Twitter to ask: fellow devs, have you ever slipped something into a game you're working on that's just for you? The replies are well worth a read.

Deep Silver and Humble Bundle are currently offering the first Homefront game for free. This offer will last for the next 48 hours, so be sure to visit its Humble Bundle page in order to acquire your free copy.
get it! the single player is excellent and intense and the MP is pretty fun, too.
Ehh, PS4 needs these deals too, or consoles in general we always get discounts rarely free stuff that's REALLY free (games with gold / psplus isn't free)
the graphics weren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be but everything else............
... One of the most important disappointments ey?
Translations are funny.
Seems like the biggest complaint was the graphics. =/
6/10 for me.
A 4....when the game actually works (I got it for PS3) its a solid 8 for me...as I am having alot of FUN with the game.
But it does have freezing issues. And takes long to get into matches. So right now...a 4 is what I would give based on ISSUES...that can be fixed.
AS for the gfx...they look fine to me. But hey...I liked MAG also lol.
Bottom line...for me at least I ask myself...am I having fun. If I say YES...its all good.
The first big disappointment of the year
