
Announced today from the Guild Wars Factions World Championship in Leipzig, Germany, ArenaNet and NCsoft Europe announced a date for Guild Wars Nightfall, the next game in the award-winning and critically-acclaimed franchise, which will be available in stores worldwide on 27 October 2006.

NCsoft have released a new free content expansion for Guild Wars. Guild Wars: Beyond continues with the second chapter of Winds of Change, the largest free content expansion in Guild Wars to date. This release sees the addition of eleven more quests, five respawned zones, and numerous hidden scenes for players looking to experience the story to the fullest.
