Multiplayer.it: Homefront succeeds in creating a believable and fascinating universe, to be used as a starting point for a series that we hope will grow in its future releases. For the moment the campaign for single player is well made, entertaining for what it is but a too short duration and with a few flaws of youth that would have deserved more attention. The multiplayer is placed without fear competing with the other greats, bringing an experience capable of entertaining thanks to a set of well-oiled mechanical one another. Finally, we were pleasantly surprised by the work of conversion of the PC version tested, well done and led by many of the demands that fans of the mouse and keyboard are used to.

Jack writes: "Back in March 2011, the first-person action shooter Homefront arrived on the Xbox 360 from THQ, along with a storm of publicity which included a really cool live-action trailer"

Last week game dev Steve Thornton took to Twitter to ask: fellow devs, have you ever slipped something into a game you're working on that's just for you? The replies are well worth a read.

Deep Silver and Humble Bundle are currently offering the first Homefront game for free. This offer will last for the next 48 hours, so be sure to visit its Humble Bundle page in order to acquire your free copy.
get it! the single player is excellent and intense and the MP is pretty fun, too.
Ehh, PS4 needs these deals too, or consoles in general we always get discounts rarely free stuff that's REALLY free (games with gold / psplus isn't free)
c'mon keep the positive reviews coming!!!
Yeah it should be good on the PC.
I don't think I'll regret it, it may not be like a super duper high production quality polished game of epic sauce but I believe it still should be a fun game to play.
