A couple of weeks back we had the chance to check out some upcoming titles from Bethesda, both of which were previewed back at E3 2010. We caught up once again with Maxx Kaufman from InXile Entertainment who took the time to really break down what the upcoming title, Hunted: The Demon’s Forge is all about. He and our very own Al Zamora, played through the games beginning stages to showcase some of the game's mechanics and gameplay. We got Maxx to jump on camera to fill you all in on what to expect when Hunted ships later this year. Hit the jump for the video interview.

Pete Hines: “Truthfully, I still think Bethesda is just part of something that is not authentic and is not genuine. And that shouldn't be a surprise to you.”

Kirk writes: "Two years after his retirement, where he spends his free time as a pro bono advisor for people struggling in the games industry, I got the chance to reminisce with him about one of the most fascinating careers in video games. "
I just cant get into starfield c'mon its 2025/6 and still we have loading screen that thing just killed

Pete Hines is retiring from Bethesda Softworks after 24 years.
Im glad he leaving. Bethesda has been terrible under his leadership. Redfall, Starfield, Fallout76 and the list goes on an on. His leadership style is outdated. Hopefully, MS bring someone in that knows what they are doing.
I interviewed at Bethesda once, and while there were some very smart mid level team members, the upper ranks (EP/VP/Studio Head) were a total boys' club. The Madmen series ego in that lunch was stiffling.

Pete Hines was against locking out the majority of their console playerbase (ps gamers). Probably disgusted at the hypocrisy of white knight Phil assuring PS gamers that they can still play COD. Acquisition goes through, Hines goes out.
Goodbye Pete.
i wonder if he was asked to leave.
im pretty sure not everyone was on board with the acquisition.
nice interview. I love Al's hat lol
This is one of those games that I'm looking forward to, but still don't know very much about. Need to change that, and this is a good start.
Pretty hyped about this game, should tide fans over until November eleventh.
Looks like a pretty cool game, might end up checking it out eventually.
Awesome interview, guys.
