A few days ago Guerrilla Games had openly denied the possible release of DLC relating to 'highly acclaimed multiplayer mode "Operation Mission, but he reassured the fans saying they would definitely out of the maps via PS Store. Sounds very close to Guerrilla say it could soon maps out a pack of five at a price of € 9.99. When exactly? Well the date is not sure yet, but we talk about the first or second week of April. Of course, two of the five maps will be set out on the snow , while a third will include a huge hangar and a few areas outside of it. Waiting for more news, stay tuned!

The Amsterdam-based studio reflects on its humble beginnings, beloved franchises, and growth through the years.
Up there with the top tier in the industry. Love Guerrilla Games - Horizon Burning Shores is simply STUNNING.
32.7M sales in the Horizon franchise! With 8.4M coming from Forbidden West alone! Truly a hugely successful game and franchise as a whole. Looking forward to Horizon III
Yooo, when I first saw that Killzone 1 footage at E3, my friends my brothers and I were like, Holy shit! When it came out, it didn't look exactly like it, but we sunk so many hours into 1 & 2.
I even liked Killzone: SF, it was a spectacle to look at, and even today it looks good. I hope they make a new one. Can you imagine how that will look, and they can get some modern FPS pointers from Bungie.
Such a wonderful studio. They deserve all their success.
The Decima Engine is absolute 🔥 I'm just mad they have abandoned Killzone.
DSOGaming writes: "While Sony does not plan to release Killzone 3 on the PC, Yahfz shared a video that gives us a glimpse at what such a PC version could look like."
PC almost always ends up the best place to play games, even if it takes a while.
What would you rather play decades down the line? A game at a fixed resolution and frame, considering you have a working disc, and the hardware?
Or run it on an emulator that can update the experience all around, and let you use whatever control input you prefer?
If you insist on the former, it's really only for the sake of nostalgia.
The RPCS3 devs are doing great work. And Kami works nicely with it too it seems.
Very neat.
The game needs DLC. It only launched with 6 maps. That's pretty bad.
Luckily, I got the two throwback maps and there's another pack of two new maps on the way, so that should help.
But regardless of how big the maps are, 6 is just not enough.
Why can't they port all Killzone 2 Maps to Killzone 3?
Shame they aren't making more operations maps though =\
we can talk more money later GG and Sony..
Sony shouldnt let game devs release DLC. All it does is needlessly split gaming community. Especially when you have several DLC packages available. That is just stupid. Not to mention that some of these maps and features should be in the game to begin with....
On Pc, games get expansion packs. That means that a long time after a game release (maybe a year or so), the game will get more maps, more campaign missions, more features. This will be priced appropriately (20$ or more). On PC, Expansions serve to revitalize interest in a game that has already been released... On consoles it does the opposite - splits gaming community within months of game release.
DLC should be gotten rid off for consoles and Expansion packs brought back. Id gladly pay 20-30 $ for a REAL expansion for killzone 3... Since devs know what went wrong with kz3 they can learn from mistakes and provide more interesting SP missions, and so on.
Its insulting to get DLC so soon after a games release. Release 1.. max 2 expansions to keep community as tight as possible. Make it more expensive and much later after game release.
I mean... have you guys noticed how console games NEVER get expansions? Thats because devs and publishers think pretty lowly of console gamers and know they can get away with making a few maps and charging money for it. Wish they provided us with expansions ... thats worth buying.
