Smart or Stupid: A Devil May Cry Reboot

The 3rd installment of the DualShockers Smart or Stupid series is here! To the misfortune (or luck) of fanboys everywhere, Capcom announced, at Tokyo Game Show 2010, that the Devil May Cry series will be getting a gothic reboot. For those just finding out about this (which is quite sad), the new DMC is being developed by Capcom USA in conjunction with Ninja Theory. Ninja Theory of course creating Heavenly Sword and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. So was upsetting nearly the entire DMC fanbase worth the new, updated reboot?

I'm so tired of whiny little fanboys crying about this.

For one thing, I've never seen it referred to as a reboot, just a prequel game or whatever. Beside the point, his hair is still white.

Take a look at his roots in that mugshot picture. He's clearly dying his hair for whatever reason.

Regardless of whether it's a prequel or not, it's still a change that fans don't want. You would think they would have learned after DMC2, but I guess not...

Doesn't look like the game in a more traditional sense. I'm not sure I'm looking forward to this, even as a series fan.
