Banning players from your own game when you've allowed them to exploit loopholes is a contradiction in itself. In all fairness it's not like they've gliched the game, these players are just exercising their right to have fun based on the undersight of Treyarch and Activision to fix this problem.

if there was a move in chess where you could defeat your opponent in 5 moves and they absolutely have no way of defending themselves, would that be cheating? no! it would be a flaw in the game. you could make a mutual agreement not to use the move but the game would be flawed!

this black ops game is obviously flawed, and if the developers dont like the way its being played then they should change/revise the rules to make it more balanced... not ban the players for exploiting the games flaws!

Who cares if someone boosts or cheats just leave that match and play another match. They are ruining the game for themselves but they don't have to ruin your time. It is just a game so who cares if they have better stats than you they still had to cheat to accomplish those stats so they're still the losers.

Im forever done with the call of duty franchise. Glitching/boosting whatever you want to call it, is terrible. The minute I see any sort of huge glitch, such as people FLYING in mw2 going 94-2 or this 500 kill game, I have traded in my copy. Why? Because its obvious the online stats mean nothing if these stats factor in, even for a little while.
Oh, and seeing people rack up 1 million pts first day Killzone 3 launched is BS too, companies need to filter the stats, because I dont have 24 hrs a day to game, but believe I have the necessary skills to reach top 200 in the world.

Activision sometimes fck up in their moderating, a friend of mine had his account temp banned and reset just for going 39 and 9 in a match of demolition. What they need to do is ban lag switchers and modders and not the people who get their kills the legit way.

It would seem most of the people who posted against the banning of the people are retarded. They got banned because of boosting NOT spawn trapping. Had you taken the time you would have seen the video link that was posted here which proved these guys boosted.

This is a weird issue. I really hope that the player(s) was banned because of the cooperation between enemy teams, which as everyone knows is boosting.
All I play is ground war, big teams, game mode goes between Team death match and domination. Spawn trapping is, in a way the whole point of domination. You cap A you cap B and you hold your shit down or turn your attention towards the spawners at C right? I don't want to be dense here but, I'm not gonna go stare at a corner so everyone can safely spawn and get to my base. I just think more attention should be given to the fact that these guys staged this than to the spawn trapping. Because when you can spit across a map... all you can do is try to trap

The Xbox division has not listened to the customer since the 360 days. Ever since Kinect, Microsoft has been about selling us what they want and trying to tell us it’s what we want rather than actually selling us what we are asking for.

Microsoft does have a history of running things into the ground simply because they don't innovate or give products breathing space. I fully expect in the long term they will manage the same with Call of Duty and will kill it, just as they killed Halo and Forza and many other IP's over the years. This also extends to things like windows phones and such. They just were not competitive and did not listen to consumers.
