ThisIsXbox writes: "PopCap Hits! was released on February 18th 2011 and is great value for money offering gamers of all ages a fun and addictive collection of PopCap arcade games. If you own more than one of the games already then you will only benefit by downloading the titles you don’t own from the Xbox LIVE Arcade – and not worth bothering with this collection. If you have not downloaded any of the previously released titles, then this is definitely one to own and available at a great budget price from most retailers."

"These are 4 solid games in PopCap Hits, all of which are incredibly enjoyable for almost anyone. Even the hardcore of gamers can’t deny playing Peggle at least once. If you’ve often seen someone on your friends list playing Peggle and had a snigger, then I strongly advise you to at least download the trial, as Peggle alone makes this worth having."

Whilst it is undeniable that Peggle and Bejeweled 2 are essential if you are a fan of the puzzle genre, it is equally apparent that the other two titles that share disc space with those bad-boys are completely inferior by comparison. And that is why, even at a budget price, the first volume of PopCap Hits presents a false economy.
Those without access to Xbox LIVE and other avenues aside, the four titles on display are also available elsewhere, on other platforms, for a comparitively cheaper price. There will be more volumes in this series on offer in the coming months, including some other minor classics that can be bracketed in with the superior duo of corkers enthused about here. Even with that in mind, caution should be taken and if you are a child of the internet age, perhaps try selecting the cream of the crop as standalone purchases rather than picking up this or any future releases.

Gaming Union has just released it's first Episode of "The Good, The Bad, and The Fugly", a weekly video series that gives quick summaries of all the game reviews in the past week.
I finished Feeding Frenzy2 with my nieces and nephew. I had to carry thoses little brats (4 player co-op). But the boy survival skills improved the fastest. The oldest girl competed well with him and the 4 yr old hung in there quite well. Great game to play with the kids. Good job popCap!
